摘要
建立了含油制冷剂在毛细管中的模型,模型计算结果与参考文献[3]实验值差别较小.分析了制冷剂含油对毛细管长度的影响;研究了不同油浓度下,蒸发温度、冷凝温度和制冷剂质量流量对含油制冷系统中毛细管长度变化率的影响;对比了不同冷冻油对毛细管长度的影响.结果表明,冷凝温度冷冻油的质量分数和粘度对含油制冷剂系统中毛细管长度变化率影响最大.
The flow model of refrigerant-oil mixture in the capillary tube is established. The difference between the calculation and experiment result is very small. The effect of oil, evaporate temperature, condensing temperature and mass flow rate on the length of capillary tube are investigated. The effects of different oil on the capillary tube length are compared. It is found that the condensing temperature, the mass fraction and viscosity are the key parameters that affect the capillary tube length.
