摘要
传统数值分析方法计算毛细管长度时,会出现较大的误差。制冷剂物性参数高质量数据库REFPROP8.0提供了与VB6.0连接的应用接口,可通过程序实时调用制冷剂物性参数。这样就可以在一定程度上减少两相区因物性参数而带来的误差。通过建立毛细管模型,并对某型号热泵系统进行实验,证实了所建立的模型及计算方法具有可靠的计算精度和工程适用性。
There will be a larger error while calculating the length of the capillary with traditional numerical method. REFPROP8.0, the high quality database of refrigerant physical parameters, provides the connection with VB6.0 by application interface, calls the real-time refrigerant physical parameters through program. So the two-phone zone error due to physical parameters will reduce to a certain extent. By establishing the model of capillary, and a certain type of heat pump system for experiment, the model is confirmed and established, and the calculation precision of calculation method and engineering applicability are reliable.
