摘要
为了精确估算白油混合黏度,将两种白油按照不同比例混合,采用乌氏黏度计测定了不同温度下的运动黏度,并利用Refutas方程、Chevron方程和混合物黏度模型(Arrhenius模型、Walther模型、Kendall-Monroe模型、Bingham模型和Cragoe模型)进行了对比。结果表明:白油混合黏度和温度符合Andrade公式和Walther公式;含有混合黏度指数的Refutas方程和Chevron方程,计算结果比测定值均偏小,平均相对偏差(AARD)在4.16%~5.47%;混合物黏度模型中,Arrhenius模型计算的平均偏差(AD)和AARD均最小,AARD在2.43%~3.41%。Arrhenius模型具有良好的准确度和精密度,可为白油混合黏度的预测和理论估算提供可靠的方法。
In order to accurately estimate the viscosities of white oil mixture,two types of white oil were mixed in different proportions and their kinematic viscosities at different temperatures were measured using an Ubbelohde viscometer.The comparison was made using the Refutas equation,Chevron equation,and mixture viscosity models(Arrhenius model,Walther model,Kendall-Monroe model,Bingham model,and Cragoe model).The results show that the viscosity and temperature of the mixed white oil comply with the Andrade formula and Walther formula;The calculated results of the Refutas equation and Chevron equation with mixed viscosity index,are both smaller than the measured values,with an average relative deviation(AARD)of 4.16%to 5.47%;In the mixture viscosity model,the average deviation(AD)and AARD calculated by the Arrhenius model are the smallest,with AARD ranging from 2.43%to 3.41%.Therefore,the Arrhenius model has good accuracy and precision,which can provide a reliable method for predicting and theoretically estimating the viscosity of white oil mixtures.
