摘要
介绍一种不同温度下润滑油粘度换算的应用研究方法。常规的粘度测定方法是采用GB/T 2 6 5 - 88《石油产品运动粘度测定法》 ,对于倾点大于 5 0℃的油品 ,测定粘度指数只能采用脱蜡降低倾点的办法来进行 ,而实验室在脱蜡时 ,工艺条件波动较大 ,分析误差也很大 ;而且 ,脱蜡前、后的粘度指数又无可比性 ,不能很好的指导车间的生产。通过研究 ,我们找到了一种较好的解决办法 ,即采用不同温度下粘度换算后来计算粘度指数 ,结果表明 ,该方法快速、准确、省时、省力。
A method of converting lube oil viscosity at different temperature was introduced.GB/T 265-88 — Determination Method of Kinematic Viscosity of Petroleum Products was used to the regular determination of viscosity.The viscosity index can be determined only by dewaxing to reduce pour point while it is above 50℃.But there is a bigger error in analysis due to the unsteady process conditions when dewaxing at lab.,and there is no comparability between the viscosity indexes of products before dewaxing and after dewaxing,without guidance for production.A better method of converting viscosity at different temperature to calculate viscosity index has been found by studying.The results showed that it is an analysis method of rapid, accuracy and lower cost.
