摘要
为有效评价废旧机床再制造方案,根据机床再制造实践过程,构建了由技术性、经济性和资源环境性组成的废旧机床再制造方案三维评价指标体系。针对废旧机床再制造评价指标难以协调优化的缺点,提出一种基于矢量分析的废旧机床再制造方案评价模型,首先构建三维评价指标的空间几何模型,然后采用矢量分析法进行再制造方案的静态和动态协调性评价,实现再制造方案评价指标间均衡协调与有机统一,进而选择废旧机床再制造的最佳方案。最后结合某机床厂车床再制造方案选择,对该模型的有效性进行验证。
In order to effectively evaluate the used machine tool remanufacturing scheme,according to the practices of machine tool remanufacturing,a three-dimensional evaluation index system including technology,economy,and resource-environment is presented.In view of the used machine tool remanufacturing evaluation index is difficult to coordinate and optimize,a evaluation model of used machine tool remanufacturing scheme is proposed to evaluate the remanufacturing scheme based on vector analysis,firstly,the space geometric model of three-dimensional evaluation index is constructed,then,the vector analysis is employed to evaluate the remanufacturing scheme with static and dynamic coordination evaluation,so as to implement the balanced coordination and organic unity between remanufacturing scheme evaluation index,and then choose the best solution for used machine tool remanufacturing scheme.Lastly,a used lathe remanufacturing is taken as an example to demonstrate the validity of the above evaluation model.
