摘要
研究目的:铁路选线时选择的线路方案是否科学、合理,不但关系新建铁路的投资、运输效益,还对沿线周边的经济社会发展产生长远的影响。因此,开展线路方案评价模型的研究,对于新建铁路的选线设计和成功运营都具有重要作用。研究结论:(1)引入变权理论计算指标权重,根据各指标具体取值的不同,适当调整其权重,以保证指标间的均衡性;(2)利用云模型理论,分别从指标的模糊性、随机性和离散性三个方面对定性指标进行有效量化;再通过TOPSIS法确定各备选方案的综合优越度,从而对铁路线路方案进行评价和排序;(3)实例分析表明,玉溪至蒙自段铁路三个线路走向方案的优越度分别为84. 2%、68. 34%和2. 29%,从而得到第一个方案最佳;(4)本研究成果对铁路选线方案评价和比选具有参考价值,可为决策者提供一种新的思路和手段。
Research purposes: Whether the selected line scheme is scientific and reasonable when railway line selection, is not only related to the investment and transportation efficiency of the new railway, but also has a long - term impact on the economic and social development along the line. Therefore, the research on the evaluation model of the line scheme plays an important role in the route selection design and the successful operation of the new railway. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) The variable weight theory is introduced and the weight was adjusted according to the different values of each index, in order to ensure the balance between indexes. (2) The qualitative indexes are effectively quantified from three aspects of fuzziness, randomness and dispersion based on cloud model theory. Through TOPSIS, the comprehensive superior degree of various railway rout scheme was calculated to determine the best one. (3) The results show that the superior degrees of the three line schemes of railway from Yuxi to Mengzi are 84.2% , 68.34% and 2.29% respectively. Obviously the first scheme is the best one. (4) The results are basically consistent with those obtained in actual engineering, which proves that the comprehensive evaluation model has reference value when the railway rout scheme is chosen, and can provide a new way of thinking and means for the decision maker.
