摘要
研究包含对废旧品回收和拆解的再制造系统的生产策略。在整个在制造系统中,包含一个拆解进程,该进程可以把回收的废旧品拆解,使之变成被处理的垃圾或者是可用于再制造的原材料及零部件。对于整个再制造系统,提出两种生产策略:1)由系统尽力生产直至某一库存点库存达到饱和;2)系统生产至某一库存点达到某一临界值时即停止生产。通过马尔可夫分析可对两种策略下的再制造系统的效率指标进行精确评价,最后运用数值试验对两种策略进行比较分析。
The production strategies of a remanufacturing system with reproduction and disposal are studied. In such a manufacturing system, the return product is disassembled into the treated waste, raw materials, or spare parts in a dismantling process. For the entire re-manufacturing system, two production policies are proposed. One is to produce until part inventory reaches its capacity, the other is to produce until part inventory reaches a critical stock point. By using Markov analysis, the two policies are evaluated. A numerical experiment is used to compares the two policies.
