摘要
目的:探讨社区小儿预防接种行护理干预的影响。方法:收治社区预防接种小儿80例,随机分为两组,每组各40例。对照组给予一般护理,观察组给予护理干预,观察两组不良反应发生率、护理满意度。结果:观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预能够有效降低社区小儿预防接种的不良反应发生率,提高小儿家属对护理的满意率。
Objective:To explore the influence of nursing intervention on children's vaccination in community.Methods:80 cases of children with vaccination in community were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given general nursing,while the observation group was given nursing intervention,the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention could reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of children with vaccination in community effectively,and improve the satisfaction rate of children's family members.
