摘要
目的本次研究主要探讨对消化内科患者进行优质护理的效果。方法本次研究选取2017年2月到2018年4月在我院接受治疗的116例患者,平均分为两组,分别为对照组以及试验组,对照组的所有患者进行传统的一般护理,试验组患者进行全面的优质护理,经过一段时间的护理,统计、对比两组的焦虑、抑郁情况以及患者的满意度。结果试验组的焦虑抑郁情况都比对照组患者更优,同时试验组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组患者,差异非常显著。结论对消化内科患者进行全面的优质护理不仅能够大大提高患者的疗效,还能提高其满意度,避免医患纠纷的发生,值得临床广泛推广以及应用。
Objective This study mainly explores the effect of quality nursing for patients with digestive medicine. Methods In this study, 116 patients who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to April 2018 were divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group. All the patients in the control group received traditional general care. Patients in the experimental group underwent comprehensive quality care, and after a period of care, statistics, comparison between the two groups of anxiety, depression and patient satisfaction. Results The anxiety and depression of the experimental group were better than those of the control group. At the same time, the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was very significant. Conclusion Comprehensive quality nursing for patients with digestive medicine can not only greatly improve the patient’s efficacy, but also improve their satisfaction and avoid the occurrence of doctor-patient disputes. It is worthy of widespread clinical application and application.
