摘要
目的探讨影响某院门诊小儿家属用药知晓率的因素,为进一步制定门诊药房合理用药指导对策提供参考。方法采用自主设计的门诊儿科患者家属用药知晓率调查表,通过系统抽样调查对部分患儿家属进行问卷调查,调查结果通过单因素方差分析,筛选出影响儿科患儿家属用药知晓率的因素。结果患儿家属的用药知晓率为77.67%,患儿家属年龄及药品信息来源是影响患儿家属用药知晓率的因素(P<0.05)。结论对儿科门诊患儿家属,尤其是年龄较大的家属,应加强用药指导,另外,医师及药师对提高患儿家属用药知晓率,促进患者合理用药有重要作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the factors of awareness rate of drug use among children ＇s families in outpatientdepartment in a hospital,and provide useful information for rational drug use guidance in hospital outpatient pharmacy. METHODS A systematic sampling questionnaire was conducted in some patients ＇ family and than choose some reason that influenced their awareness rate of drug. RESULTS The outpatient department of pediatrics families＇ awareness rate of drug using was 77.67%,Main factors affecting the rate of knowledge on the correct use of drugs were patients＇families＇ age and drug information sources（ P0.05）.CONCLUSION Effect should be made on better elderly people and doctors and pharmacists play an important role in helping patients use medicines safely.
