基于AMESim的带压作业防喷器关闭性能仿真 被引量:4

摘要 针对带压作业防喷器关闭时易发生井涌、管柱失稳和闸板胶芯磨损等问题,基于AMESim软件分析了防喷器闸板关闭过程中的位移和速度特性,揭示了防喷器操作压力和井筒压力2个因素对于闸板动作响应的影响规律;利用Abaqus软件分析了防喷器关闭时闸板胶芯与管柱的接触应力及其分布;结合防喷器闸板关闭过程中的位移、速度特性,得到了不同井筒压力时防喷器闸板操作压力的推荐值。研究结果表明:根据不同的井筒压力精确控制防喷器闸板的操作压力,既能迅速关闭闸板有效密封井筒,又能防止防喷器闸板关闭后胶芯与管柱间的接触力过大,从而减小胶芯的磨损和起下管柱阻力。以此方法确定的防喷器闸板操作压力推荐值,可为PLC引入带压作业装置控制系统,实现防喷器操作的精确控制提供依据。 Aiming at the problem that the well kick,the pipe string instability and the wear of ram rubber core are easy to occur when closing the blowout preventer(BOP)in the snubbing service,the characteristics of displacement and speed during the closing process of the BOP ram were analyzed based on the AMESim software,and the influence laws of BOP operating pressure and wellbore pressure on the action response of ram were revealed.The contact stress between the rubber core and the pipe string and its distribution were analyzed by using the ABAQUS software.Combined with the characteristics of displacement and speed during the closing process of the BOP ram,the recommended values of operating pressure of the BOP ram under different wellbore pressures were obtained.The results showed that when accurately controlling the operating pressure of the BOP ram according to different wellbore pressures,the ram could be closed rapidly to seal the wellbore effectively,and the excessive contact stress between the rubber core and the pipe string after closing the BOP ram could be prevented,so as to reduce the wear of rubber core and the resistance of tripping pipe string.The recommended values of operating pressure of the BOP ram determined by this method can provide a basis for the PLC to introduce into the snubbing service device control system and achieve the accurate control of the BOP operation.
