摘要
本文对方油钻井液压闸板防喷器管子闸板胶芯的损伤失效模式和失效机理及闸板胶芯的受力性质进行了分析研究,得出闸板防喷器封井管子闸板胶芯的失效,属强机械力重复作用下的橡胶低周疲劳损伤失效的结论。分析研究结果与70MPa闸板防喷器管子闸板胶芯封钻杆寿命试验的胶芯实际损伤失效形式和部位相吻合,同天津大学的管子闸板胶芯光弹性试验结果分析基本一致。
After analyzing and studying the mode of faukyre of a ram rubber in a hydraulic BOP,itsmechanism of failure and load Characteristic of the ram rubber,the author comes to a conclu-sion that the life test of a ram rubber failure in sealing drilling string results in a ram rubberfatigue damage,which is caused by strong rnechanical force of low cycle. The analysis is inagreement with the failure shape and place of actual fatigue damage of a ram rubber in thelife test of drilling string. It is consistent with the result of photo-elasticity test of the ramrubber carried out in Tianjin University.
