摘要
为改善带压作业开关密封系统的性能和提高工作寿命,提出了由橡胶和聚合物材料组合的开关柔性密封结构,该密封由2个半环组成。建立了橡胶和聚合物材料组合密封模型,利用有限元方法对组合密封胶芯进行了非线性计算,胶芯整体受力和变形状态满足设计要求,该方法可用于开关柔性密封的优化设计。利用带压作业试验台和油田现场带压作业设备,进行了密封胶芯磨损试验,试验结果证明,组合密封胶芯在水润滑状态下的工作寿命得到很大提高。
