摘要
闸板防喷器是井控设备防喷器组的重要组成部分,由于各种环境条件以及操作因素的影响,闸板防喷器在使用过程中可能出现腐蚀、磨损、密封失效等多种失效形式,会导致井喷失控等灾难性事故的发生。因此,采用HAZOP分析方法对闸板防喷器进行安全分析,对井控设备的安全管理工作具有重要的意义。
Ram Blowout Preventer(Ram BOP) is a very important part of well control equipment,but various failure modes such as corrosion,abrasion and sealing failure may appear during the service of Ram BOP,which can lead to disastrous accidents such as uncontrolled blowout.Therefore,a safety analysis is carried out on the Ram BOP by using method of HAZOP,which has important significance for the safety management on well control equipment.
