球笼式等速万向节接触应力有限元分析 被引量:6

Contact Stress Analysis of Ball-cage Type Constant Velocity Joint by Finite Element Method

摘要 对球笼式万向节内外滚道接触应力进行了有限元分析,结果表明内滚道的接触应力明显大于外滚道,内滚道更容易受到破坏。同时,采用Hertz接触理论方法计算了内滚道的接触应力,计算结果与有限元分析结果基本相符,证明了有限元方法的可靠性。 The inside and outside raceway contact stress was calculated by finite element analysis,results showed that the inner raceway contact stress significantly greater than outer raceway,inner raceway was more vulnerable to damage.Meanwhile,the inner raceway contact stress was calculated by Hertz contact theory,the calculation result was consistent with the result of finiteelement result,it provesd the reliability of the finite element analysis.
