摘要
球笼式万向节的极限轴间角在以往的设计和研究中从未作为一个主要研究对象而被研究,基本都是作为一个固定值直接给定。这种设定的极限角度既不准确,也无法满足特种车辆对球笼式万向节大角度的要求。研究了球笼式万向节在极限轴间角的情况下传动轴与钟形壳的关系,以及钢球与沟道的接触点位置,并将万向节在极限轴间角情况下也能有效传动作为目标,对万向节的设计提出了校核和调整的方法。
The limit axial angle of the constant velocity joint was not the main research item in the previous design and research,but was given directly as a fixed value.Obviously,this setting of the limit axial angle is not accurate,nor can it meet the requirements of special vehicles for large angle of the constant velocity joint.In this paper,the relationship between the transmission shaft and the bell-shaped shell,and the contact point position between the steel ball and the ball groove of the constant velocity joint are studied under the condition of the limited axial angle.With the goal that the constant velocity joint can effectively work under the condition of the limited axial angle,the method of checking and adjusting the design of the constant velocity joint is put forward.
