摘要
以闸板防喷器失效为顶事件建立事故树,通过对事故树的定性分析,得到了最小割集及结构重要度,确定了闸板防喷器主要失效形式为腐蚀失效、主要密封件的损坏、闸板总成损坏及潜在损坏,并提出相应的改善措施。
RAM BOP failures were made as head event to build fault tree,and we got minimum cut set and structure important degree by qualitative analysis of the fault tree. Corrosion,main sealing elements,RAM damage and potential damage were defined as main failures of RAM BOP,finally some reform measures were provided.
