摘要
剪切闸板的工作可靠性是关井能否成功的关键,因此对剪切闸板剪切可靠性的研究十分必要。借助数值模拟技术,应用ABAQUS显式动力学分析模块对闸板剪切钻杆过程进行仿真分析与研究。研究结果表明,ISR型和SBR型剪切闸板均能可靠地剪切127.0 mm(5 in)及以下规格的S135钻杆,SBR型剪切闸板剪切应力和应变值更小,故其剪切性能优于ISR型剪切闸板;在剪切直径更大或壁厚更厚的钻杆时,剪切闸板剪切应力峰值更大,剪切127.0 mm(5 in)以上的S135钻杆时闸板刃口的应力很大,已超过闸板材料屈服强度,存在较高的失效风险;ISR型剪切闸板的最优结构参数是:倒角45°、刀面倾角1°或2°、V形夹角163°。
Operation reliability of shear rams is critical to shut-in success. Therefore, it is very necessary to study shear reliability of shear rams. Simulation analysis and research are conducted for ram shearing drill pipes by u- sing numerical simulation technique and ABAQUS explicit dynamics analysis module. The results are shown as fol- lows: ISR and SBR shear rams both can reliably shear S135 drill pipes of φ127.0 mm (5 in) and below. SBR shear ram has the lower shear stress and strain value, so it is better than the ISR shear ram in the shear performance; when shear rams are used to shear drill pipes with the greater diameter or thickness, peak shear stress will in- crease. When shearing S135 drill pipes above φ127.0 mm (5 in), shear rams will have great ram cutting edge stress to exceed yield strength of ram materials so as to suffer a failure risk at a higher level. Optimal structure parameters of ISR shear rams are: chamfer of 45°, tool face inclination of 1° or 2° and V-shaped included angle of 163°.
