摘要
通过对近年来"智慧图书馆"文献统计分析发现,图书馆关于"人"的研究相对其技术类别和体系类别的研究还有着较大的差距,其广度探索和深度挖掘方面都显得十分匮乏。文章以"智慧公式"中的基本因素为切入点,分析其内涵,并以馆员意识、个人修为、中层管理和图书馆体制化探索为调节对象,尝试提出馆员"智慧"素养的培养方略,期望对未来图书馆行业人才队伍"智慧"的培育有启发作用。
Through statistical analysis on the literature of“Wisdom Library”in recent years,it has been found that there is a big gap between the research on“human”which is scarce both in breadth and depth and the research on technical and system categories.This article,taking the basic factors in the“wisdom formula”as the breakthrough point,analyzes its connotation,and tries to put forward the training strategy of“wisdom literacy”of librarians by taking the librarian consciousness,personal achievement,middle management and library institutionalization as the adjustment objects.It wishes to enlighten the wisdom literacy cultivation of librarians in the library field.
