摘要
在智慧时代,智慧图书馆员需用区别于传统的服务方式,以服务至上、危机管理、积极上进、可靠信赖、专业敏锐为理念和思维,满足用户日益增长的知识需求。文章通过对这些特性的解读,使管理者和决策者能充分认识理解智慧图书馆员在智慧时代发挥不可替代的积极作用,满足智慧时代用户对知识的需求。
Librarians are professionals, who manage library modern knowledge service scientifically according to expertise.With the development of times, traditional librarians cannot satisfy the growing need of readers. Different from traditional service there is a new concept about smart librarian. SMART =SERVICEABLE ＋MANAGERIAL ＋AMBITIOUS ＋RELIABLE ＋TRAINED. Through the interpretation of these features, administrators and policymakers will fully recognize and understand that librarians have irreplaceable and positive roles to play in smart age.
