摘要
基层党组织组织力是基层党组织为了完成自己的职责而内在蕴含的生命力,是基层党组织对内开展党内活动、对外处理与群众关系的能力。随着党的十八大以来全面从严治党实践向基层延伸,基层党组织的组织力有了一定的提升,但还面临一系列挑战。为有效应对这些挑战,应从牢固树立组织力意识、做好党员发展工作、提升服务群众本领、开展严肃认真的基层党内政治生活等方面入手,确保基层党组织组织力的提升实现制度化和长效化。
The organizational power of the grassroots Party is the inherent vitality of the grass-roots Party organizations in order to fulfill their duties,and is the ability to carry out inner-Party activities and deal with the relations with the masses.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the practice of strict administration of the Party has been extended to the grass-roots level,and the organizational strength of the grassroots Party organizations has been improved to a certain extent,but it still faces a series of challenges.In order to effectively deal with these challenges,we should set up a strong sense of organizational strength,do a good job in the development of Party members,improve our ability to serve the masses,and carry out a serious political life within the Party at the grass-roots level to ensure that the promotion of grass-roots Party organizations to achieve institutionalization and long-term effect.
