摘要
新时代基层党组织建设要以提升组织力为关键,基层党组织要承担起教育、管理、监督党员和组织、宣传、凝聚、服务群众的职责。党的基层组织设置和活动方式创新,有助于从根本上解决一些基层党组织弱化、虚化和边缘化问题。要推进基层党务公开,提升党务公开的及时性、真实性、具体性,畅通党员参与、监督以及提出意见和建议的渠道,以促进基层党内民主的发展。要稳妥有序开展不合格党员组织处置工作,不断提升党的建设质量。
The key of the construction of primary-level Party organizations is improving the organizational capability in the new era.The primary-level Party organizations should fulfill their responsibilities for guiding,managing,and overseeing their members and for organizing,communicating with,uniting,and serving the masses.The problems that some primary-level Party organizations are weak,ineffective,and marginalized can be addressed through organizational setup and activities innovation.We should promote transparency in Party affairs and expand intraparty democracy.We should also handle Party members that don't meet the mark in a prudent and orderly way.
