摘要
近年来学术界对党章进行了深入研究,发表了系列研究成果,主要涉及党章的地位和价值、党章的历史发展、党章总纲、党章正文(党员权利、党员义务、党员退出机制、民主集中制、党的干部、党的纪律、纪委双重领导体制等)及党章修改、党章贯彻执行等内容。但是对党章的研究还应进一步深化,总结出党章发展的规律,需要进一步研究如何强化党章意识,培育党章文化,使党章得以有效贯彻执行;需要加强党章与国家法律的相关衔接研究,使二者相互配合;需要扩展党章研究的多学科视野,加强政治学、法学等学科视角的研究;需要加强党章的国际比较研究,借鉴其他国家政党党章建设的经验。
In recent years, the academic circles has carried on the thorough research on the Party Constitution and they have published a series of research findings which mainly involves the status and value of the Party Constitution, the historical development of the Party Constitution, the general program of the Party Constitution, the text of the Party Constitution （the party members＇ rights, obligation of party members, party members exit mechanism, democratic centralism, party＇s cadres, party discipline, dual leadership system of commission for discipline inspection, etc.）, the modification of Party Constitution, carrying out the Party Constitution, etc. But we should deepen the further study of the Party Constitution, sum up the law of the development of the Party Constitution and study on how to enhance the consciousness of implementing the Party Constitution to foster the Party Constitution culture and increase the effectiveness of implementing Party Constitution; we need to strengthen the joint research of Party Constitution and the laws of the state so as to improve the coodination of Party Constitution and the laws of the state; we also need to extend multidisciplinary perspectives on the study of Party Constitution, strengthen the research from the perspectives of political science, law and so on; we have to strengthen the international comparative study of the Party Constitution so as to learn the experience of parties from other countries.
