社区教育促进传统文化传承的实践研究——以上海市为例 被引量:8

摘要 社区教育作为终身教育体系的重要组成部分,在传统文化的传承中担任着重要角色。通过社区教育促进传统文化传承具有创新文化传承形式、丰富社区教育内涵、增强社区文化认同感的现实意义。通过分析社区教育和传统文化的地域性、过程性和社会性,以上海市为例,总结了上海市社区教育促进传统文化传承的实践经验,包括创建文化学习品牌、打造学习体验基地、培育民间团队、优化信息技术来推动传统文化与社区教育的结合,增强传统文化的影响力和生命力,满足居民的精神文化需求,推动社区教育的可持续性发展。 As an important part of lifelong education system,community education plays an important role in the inheritance of traditional culture.By promoting the heritage of traditional culture through community education,the realistic significance is shown in three aspects:innovating the inheritance of traditional culture,enriching the connotation of community education and enhancing the sense of community cultural identity.This paper analyzes the nature of region,process and society of community education and traditional culture.The summary of the experience of Shanghai city community education is provided about how to promote the traditional cultural heritage,including creating cultural learning brand,establishing learning experience bases and cultivating local team.By optimizing the information technology,the following aspects can be achieved.First,the integration of traditional culture and community education and be promoted;second,the vitality and influence of traditional culture can be strengthened;third,people's spiritual and cultural needs can be met;fourth,the sustainable development of community education can be promoted.
