摘要
目的探讨病例讨论式教学法在临床护理教学中的可行性及教学效果。方法选取来本科见习护生120名作为研究对象。按入科单双号,将其随机分为对照组与实验组。两组见习护生分别采用传统教学方法和病例讨论式教学方法进行教学。比较两组在随堂理论测试成绩及带教方式满意度方面。结果实验组与对照组随堂测试成绩比较,实验组成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生对于见习带教方式的满意度,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病例讨论式教学法在临床护理教学中,可以提高临床教学效果,学生学习成绩及满意度提高,具有可行性。
Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of case discussion teaching method in clinical nursing teaching.Methods 120 undergraduate probationary nursing students were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Two groups of probationary nursing students were taught by traditional teaching methods and case discussion teaching methods respectively.The two groups were compared with the theoretical test scores and the satisfaction of teaching methods.Results In the experimental group and the control group,the scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the students in the experimental group and the control group in their satisfaction with the teaching method(P<0.05).Conclusion Case discussion teaching method can improve clinical teaching effect,improve student's academic performance and satisfaction,and is feasible.
