摘要
目的评价和分析学生主导病例教学法在妇产科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月-2018年3月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇产科进行临床实习的临床医学专业大四学生共60人为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各30人,试验组采用学生主导病例教学法进行教学,对照组则采用常规病例教学法进行教学。通过出科考试及主观学习感受调查的形式,比较学生主导病例教学法与常规病例教学法应用于临床实习的教学效果差异。结果试验组的出科考试成绩显著高于对照组,实习学生对学生主导病例教学法的主观学习感受显著优于常规病例教学法,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论学生主导病例教学法在妇产科临床实习过程中较常规病例教学法能够获得更好的教学效果。
Objective To explore the effects of student-led case based learning teaching method in Obstetrics and Gynecological practice teaching.Methods 60 of Senior students majoring in clinical medicine who were in internship at the Department of obstetrics and gynecology of Shengjing hospital of China Medical University from September 2017 to March 2018 were chosen as research objects.Students were randomly divided into two groups,each group contained 30 students.The experimental group students were taught through the student-led case based learning teaching method,while the control group adopted the routine case teaching method.Through examination and subjective learning experience survey,the teaching effects of routine case based learning teaching method and student-led case based learning teaching method in clinical practice were compared.Results The after-department examination scores of the experimental group were higher than that in the control group,and the students had better subjective feelings in the student-led case based learning teaching method.There were significant differences between the two groups of both results(P<0.05).Conclusion The student-led case teaching method is more effective than the routine case based teaching method in clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology.
