摘要
目的探讨每秒查询率(QPS)管理在ICU心电监护警报中的应用效果。方法本院于2017年1~12月在ICU心电监护警报管理中使用QPS管理方法,实施减少心电监护误报警的措施。结果通过用QPS指标管理对心电监护仪报警范围进行设置、规范报警的处理后,我病区的心电报警不良条目明显下降,当出现报警时医护人员的敏锐性明显增强,处理警报的正确性提高。结论运用QPS指标管理提高ICU护理人员对心电监护仪的使用合理程度,可减少误报警的发生率,避免报警疲劳,更好的监护患者生命安全。
Objective To explore the application effect of the rate of queries per second(QPS)management in ICU ECG monitoring alerts.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017,QPS management method in ICU ECG monitoring and alarm management was carried out in our hospital,and the measures to reduce false alarm in ECG monitoring was implemented.Results After setting up the alarm range of ECG monitor with QPS index management and standardizing the alarm,the undesirable items of ECG alarm in my ward drop obviously.When the alarm appears,the sharpness of the medical staff was obviously enhanced and the correctness of the alarm was improved.Conclusion The use of QPS index management to improve the use of ICU nurses to the electrocardiogram monitor can reduce the incidence of false alarm,avoid alarm fatigue,and better monitor the life safety of the patients.
