摘要
目的:探讨改良手戴式生命体征监护仪在重症监护室(ICU)护理的应用价值。方法:选取2019年12月—2020年11月赣州市人民医院ICU收治的180例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各90例。两组患者由同组护理团队进行护理,对照组采用传统生命体征监护手环进行监测,研究组则采用改良手戴式生命体征监护仪进行监测。比较两组患者平均监测时间、生命体征监测结果、误报警率及护理满意度。结果:两组患者平均监测时间及生命体征监测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.350 1、1.046 6、1.308 8、1.450 7、1.848 7,P>0.05)。研究组误报警率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.043 4,P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=30.022 2,P<0.05)。结论:改良手戴式生命体征监护仪应用于ICU护理中效果显著,能有效降低误报警率,提高护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the application value of modified hand-worn vital signs monitor in intensive-care unit nursing. Methods: A total of 180 patients admitted to the hospital’s ICU from December 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects, and divided into a control group and a research group according to the random number table method, with 90 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were cared for by the same nursing team, the control group was monitored by a traditional vital signs monitoring bracelet, and the research group was monitored by an improved hand-worn vital signs monitor.The average monitoring time, vital signs monitoring results, false alarm rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the average monitoring time and monitoring results of vital signs between the two groups(t=1.350 1, 1.046 6, 1.308 8, 1.450 7, 1.848 7, P>0.05). The false alarm rate of the research group was significantly lower than that of the traditional bracelet, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=19.043 4, P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=30.022 2, P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of the improved hand-wearing life sign monitor in ICU nursing has remarkable effect, which can effectively reduce the false alarm rate and improve the nursing satisfaction.
