摘要
目的探讨聚焦解决模式改善ICU护理人员报警疲劳的干预效果。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月我院综合ICU、急诊ICU的64名护理人员为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用常规干预,试验组采用聚焦解决模式,比较两组护理人员报警疲劳程度及心理状态。结果试验组仪器报警使我厌烦、仪器报警使我焦虑不安、仪器报警使我无能无力、仪器报警使我感到头痛、仪器报警使我感到糟糕、仪器报警使我无法集中注意力、仪器报警使我忘掉原本的工作各项评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);试验组抑郁、焦虑、暴躁、强迫症、精神病性评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对ICU护理人员应用聚焦解决模式干预,可有效改善其报警疲劳程度,保证身心健康,提高工作效率及护理质量。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of applying focused solution mode in improvement of ICU nurses’ alarm fatigue. Methods To select 64 nursing staff of our hospital’s comprehensive ICU and emergency ICU from March 2017 to March 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a test group. The control group used conventional intervention and the test group used a focused solution model. The nursing staff’s alarm fatigue and mental state were compared between the two groups. Results The alarms in the test group made me annoyed,anxious,incompetent,headache,bad,unable to concentrate,forgetting the original work,and the scores of the above status were lower than that of the control group( P< 0. 05). The depression,anxiety,irritability,obsessive-compulsive disorder,and psychotic scores in the test group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of focused solution mode intervention for ICU nursing staff could effectively improve the alarm fatigue,ensure physical and mental health,improve work efficiency and nursing quality.
