摘要
采用以烷基糖苷为载体光亮剂、香兰素为主光亮剂的复合光亮剂进行硫酸盐体系镀锌。镀液的主要组成和工艺条件为:ZnSO_4·7H_2O 225g/L,Na_2SO_4 70g/L,Al_2(SO_4)_3 25g/L,烷基糖苷(APG0810)4mL/L,香兰素0.3g/L,ND-130辅助光亮剂0.1g/L,pH3.5~5.5,温度(25±5)°C,电流密度2A/dm^2,时间25min。表征了镀层的外观、微观形貌、结合力及耐蚀性。所得镀层厚度为8~12μm,光泽度高,表面粗糙度低,结晶致密,具有良好的结合力,铬酸盐钝化后可耐中性盐雾试验336h(无红锈)。
Zinc electroplating was conducted in a sulfate bath using a composite brightener mainly composed of vanillin with alkyl glycoside as carrier.The bath composition and process conditions are:ZnSO4·7H2O 225 g/L,Na2SO4 70 g/L,Al2(SO4)3 25 g/L,alkyl glycoside(APG0810)4 mL/L,vanillin 0.3 g/L,ND-130 assisted brightener 0.1 g/L,temperature(25±5)°C,pH 3.5-5.5,current density 2 A/dm2,and time 25 min.The appearance,microstructure,adhesion,and corrosion resistance of zinc coatings were characterized.The zinc coatings obtained facture a thickness of 8-12μm,high glossiness,low surface roughness,compact crystalline structure,and strong adhesion to substrate,and excellent corrosion resistance(no red rust occurred in 336-hour neutral salt spray test after chromate passivation).
