摘要
随着电力市场逐渐开放,提高电动汽车充电站的市场竞争力可促进电动汽车长远健康发展,其中用户对于充电服务的满意度成为影响因素。因此,电动汽车充电站规划不仅要考虑投资方需求的投资收益性,还需考虑用户方对充电服务满意度的需求。从投资方、电网运营方与用户方3个方面分析其对电动汽车充电站规划建设的需求,并根据分析结果,建立了考虑多方需求的电动汽车充电站规划模型,该模型综合考虑了充电站投资收益性与用户满意度。采用粒子群(PSO)算法对所建模型进行求解,划分规划区域内充电站的服务范围采用Voronoi方法进行求解,通过仿真所得的结果分析得到了电动汽车充电站最优规划方案,验证了该方法的合理性与可行性。
With the gradual opening of the electricity market,improving the market competitiveness of electric vehicle charging stations can promote the long-term healthy development of electric vehicles,of which the user satisfaction with charging services has become a new constraint.Therefore,planning of electric vehicle charging stations not only needs to consider the investment profitability of the investor demands,but also the user satisfaction with the charging service.This article analyzes the demands for the planning and construction of electric vehicle charging stations from three aspects:the investor,the grid operator and the user.Based on the analysis results,a planning model for electric vehicle charging stations with the needs of multiple parties taken into account is then established.The model takes into account charging station investment returns and customer satisfaction.The proposed model was solved by Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm.And the service scope of the charging station in the planning area was divided using the Voronoi method.The optimal planning of the electric vehicle charging station was obtained through the simulation results,which verifies the reasonability and feasibility of the proposed method.
