摘要
近年来,电动汽车取得重大发展,逐渐成为汽车行业的主流发展方向,而电动汽车充电站的建设滞后成为阻碍电动汽车发展的重要因素。针对目前电动汽车充电设施数量少,充电站规划不合理等问题,提出了一种电动汽车充电站规划方法,采用Voronoi图和PSO算法相结合的方法来进行充电站的初步规划,并在此规划结果的基础上考虑可再生能源出力,对充电站规划结果进行优化。研究结果表明,所提出的考虑可再生能源出力的充电站优化选址定容方案,可以有效降低充电站和用户的相关成本,有一定的现实指导意义。
In recent years,electric vehicles have achieved significant development and gradually become the mainstream development direction of the automotive industry,while the lagging construction of charging stations for electric vehicle has become an important factor hindering the development of electric vehicles.In order to solve the problems of small number of charging facilities and unreasonable planning of charging stations for electric vehicles,a planning method of electric vehicle charging station is proposed,which combines Voronoi diagram and PSO algorithm to carry out the preliminary planning of charging stations.On the basis of the planning results,renewable energy output is considered to optimize the results of charging station planning.The results show that the proposed optimal location and capacity selection scheme for charging stations considering renewable energy output can effectively reduce the cost of charging stations and users,which has a certain practical guiding significance.
