摘要
针对电动公交车的运营特点对公交车专用充电站进行了规划。基于“集中充电,统一配送”的充电模式搭建集中充电站规划的两阶段模型,采用Affinity Propagation聚类(简称AP聚类)确定站址和服务区域,考虑电池和电能购置费用,制定充电策略以实现集中充电站容量的优化配置,最后以综合成本最小为目标选取建设规模及具体方案,利用Lingo软件求解。采用算例对所提模型进行说明,验证其有效性和可行性。
According to the operation characteristics of electric buses,special charging stations for buses are planned.Based on"concentrated charging,unified distribution"charging mode to build two phase model of concentrated charging station planning,using the Affinity propagation clustering(AP clustering for short)to determine the site and the service area.Considering the purchase cost of batteries and electric energy,the charging strategy is formulated to achieve the optimal configuration of the capacity of the centralized charging station.Finally,the construction scale and specific plan are selected to minimize the overall cost,and solved by Lingo software.An example is given to illustrate the proposed model and verify its validity and feasibility.
