摘要 以电动公交车快速充电站充电成本最小化为目标,以满足电动公交车充电需求和配电变压器不过载为约束条件,建立了快速充电站内电动公交车有序充电的数学模型。由常规的公交车时刻表和相关数据可模拟电动公交车的充电需求。为验证所提方法的有效性,对电动公交车快速充电站在有序充电和无序充电两种情形下的配电变压器负荷、充电站充电成本进行了仿真计算和分析。研究结果表明,相较无序充电方法,快速充电站通过自主响应电网分时电价,有序充电控制方法可显著降低充电站充电成本。所制定的充电计划具备较高的计算效率,并且充电过程连续,能最大限度降低有序充电启停充电机对充电机和电池的负面影响,适用在实际电动公交车快速充电站中应用。 Under constraints of electric bus charging need and distribution transformer capacity, in this paper an electric bus coordinated charging model of fast charging stations is proposed to minimize charging costs of fast charging station. Charging need of electric buses can be generated according to conventional bus schedules and related data. In order to verify effectiveness of the proposed strategy, distribution transformer load profiles and fast charging station charging costs are simulated under uncoordinated and coordinated charging scenarios respectively. Simulation results indicate that by responding time-of-use electricity prices, charging costs of fast charging station can be greatly reduced. Calculation speed of the proposed coordinated fast charging strategy is high and charging process is continuous, thus reducing negative effects of coordinated charging strategy on longevity of charging equipment and batteries. Therefore, the proposed fast charging strategy is suitable for electric bus fast charging stations.
