摘要
根据资金时间价值理论,分析项目建设期贷款利息的正确计算方式,通过比较分析,论证合理的近似计算公式,并进一步推导出可快速计算全部利息的简化计算方法。
Based on capital time-value theory,right computing ways of interest during construction periods are dis-cussed,reasonable approximate calculation formula by comparison analysis is demonstrated,and simplified method used to calculate all interests rapidly is developed.
