摘要
分析招标控制价的产生背景及其与传统标底价的区别,针对当前定额计价与清单计价并存的局面,剖析编制招标控制价时常出现的问题,并基于新规范的相关规定提出提高招标控制价质量的有关思考与建议。
The paper analyzes the background of controlled bidding price and the differences between it and traditional bottom price.According to the co-existence of quota pricing and bill of quantity,the paper discusses the problems occurred during controlled bidding price preparation,and puts forward some suggestions for improving controlled bidding price based on relevant provisions.
