摘要
目前,脱硫废水零排放通常采用预处理+膜浓缩+蒸发结晶的工艺路线。由于未考虑浓盐水的分质利用,蒸发结晶后产生的混盐无法回收利用。本研究基于浙江某电厂脱硫废水零排系统开展了中试研究。研究结果表明,浓盐水经过分盐处理后,产水中SO_4^(2-)/NaCl维持在0.1%以下,表明产水经蒸发结晶后可获得高纯度的Na Cl,其盐品质高于精制工业湿盐的一级标准。
The process of pretreatment,membrane process reduction,evaporation and crystallization is widely used in the desulfurization wastewater zero discharge system in recent years.The mixed salt produced after evaporation and crystallization in desulfurization wastewater can not be recycled due to no consideration of the utilization of concentrated salt water.A pilot plant study on the zero discharge system of a power plant was carried.The results showed that the SO 2-4/NaCl in the effluent was less than 0.1%when the high salinity wastewater was separated by nanofiltration membrane.The quality of sodium chloride in effluent was better than first grade standard of wet salt in refined industry.
