摘要
为了满足阿联酋高端钻井市场钻井零排放的要求,使得各种油污不对环境造成危害,长城钻探GW65队50DB钻机按要求加装了钻机零排放系统,通过分区域分别介绍零排放系统的各个子系统,分析了现有零排放系统的优缺点,零排放系统带来的经济社会价值及其推广意义,研究结果表明该系统在实际应用上可发挥较好的作用。
In order to fulfill zero drilling discharge required in UAE high-end drilling market,and to prevent environmental contamination due to oily effluent,a zero drilling discharge system is incorporated into 50 DB drilling rig for GWDC GW65.This paper introduces the zero discharge system and its different subsystems,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,social and economic values,as well as significance for its extensive application. Researches have demonstrated its significant role on practical applications.
