摘要 以发电厂300 MW机组湿法烟气脱硫系统(FGD)为研究对象,测试了FGD系统出入口气相、液相和固相中Cl-的含量以及FGD系统工艺用水与耗水量,并分析了各部分用水水质。根据分析测试结果,建立了大型机组FGD系统的水平衡和物料平衡关系,确定了吸收塔浆液浓缩倍率;并对可溶性氯化物引入和带出FGD吸收塔的途径及贡献率进行了分析和评价。该研究为烟气脱硫系统的合理、经济和安全运行提供了可靠依据。 Taking wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system of 300 MW unit in power plant as the research object, the content of Cl- in gas phase, liquid phase and solid phase at the inlet and outlet of the FGD system and the water use and consumption of FGD system were measured, and the quality of dif- ferent waters was analyzed. According to the measurement and analysis results, the relations between wa- ter balance and material balance in a typical FGD system were established, and the concentrate ratio of slurry for the absorber was determined. The ways to carry soluble chloride into and out of FGD absorber and the contribution rate of soluble chloride were analyzed and evaluated. The reliable basis was provided for the rational, economic and safe operation of flue gas desulfurization system.
