摘要
介绍了盐酸法湿法磷酸得到的粗磷酸与硫酸法湿法磷酸得到的粗磷酸按1∶4比例混配,再经除杂、过滤、萃取、洗涤、反萃、浓缩、净化等工序,脱除硫酸根离子(SO_4^(2-))和氯离子(CI^-),制得工业级和食品级磷酸产品。
The mixing of crude phosphoric acid from wet process phosphoric acid by hydrochloric acid and crude phosphoric acid from wet process phosphoric acid by 1∶4 ratio is introduced.After the removal,filtration,extraction,washing,anti-extraction,enrichment,purification and other processes.Removal of radical sulfate ions(SO 2-4)and chloride ions(Cl-).Got industrial and food grade phosphate products.
