摘要
目的探讨CBL联合PBL教学模式在肝病科住院医师规范化培训中的实施效果。方法将2015年7月~2016年12月在肝病科进行第一阶段规范化培训的住院医师分为两组:前20名作为对照组,沿用传统的讲授式教学法(LBL)实施培训,后20名作为实验组,采用CBL联合PBL教学模式进行培训。比较两组规培学员的出科考核情况及临床综合技能,并比较两组学员对学习感兴趣程度的调查问卷。结果对照组与实验组学员的临床综合技能和对学习的感兴趣程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组与实验组学员的出科理论考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CBL联合PBL教学模式适用于肝病科住院医师规范化培训。
Objective To explore the effect of CBL combined with PBL teaching model in standardized training of liver disease residents.Methods The first stage of standardized training of residents in liver diseases department from July 2015 to December 2016 was divided into two groups:the top 20 as the control group,using the traditional teaching method of(LBL)to carry out the training,the latter 20 students as the experimental group were trained by CBL combined with the PBL teaching model.The two groups of students'examination and clinical comprehensive skills were compared,and compared the two groups of students interested in learning questionnaire.Results The clinical comprehensive skills and the degree of interest in learning were compared between the control group and the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),no statistical significance of the theory of assessment results between the experimental group and the control group students(P>0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with PBL teaching model is suitable for standardized training of resident in liver diseases department.
