摘要
香花油茶(Camellia osmantha)是2012年在广西南宁发现的油茶新物种。利用没食子酸溶液标准曲线法测定香花油茶嫩芽、嫩叶、成熟叶及果壳茶多酚含量和优质绿茶茶多酚含量,结果表明香花油茶嫩芽的茶多酚含量最高(38.95%),香花油茶果壳茶多酚含量最低(14.49%),茶叶中的茶多酚含量为25.22%。春季的嫩芽含量最高,夏季的嫩芽含量最低;春季成熟叶片含量最高,夏季成熟叶片含量最低。香花油茶有望成为提取茶多酚的新原料。
Camellia osmantha was a new species of Camellia in Nanning,Guangxi in 2012.The contents of tea polyphenols in green buds,young leaves,mature leaves,husks and the content of high-quality green tea polyphenols in C.osmantha were determined by the standard curve method of gallic acid solution.Results showed that the content of tea polyphenols in buds was the highest(38.95%).The content of tea polyphenols in husks was the lowest(14.49%).The content of tea polyphenols in leavs was 25.22%.The content of buds in spring was the highest,and the content of buds in summer was the lowest.The content of mature leaves in spring was the highest,and the content of mature leaves in summer was the lowest.C.osmantha was expected to become a new material for extracting tea polyphenols.
