护生对临床实践学习认识和体验的质性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨护生对临床实践学习的真实认识与感受,为临床护理教学管理提供理论依据。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究方法,对10名本科护生进行深入访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对原始资料进行整理分析,提炼主题。结果归纳出存在沟通的压力、角色期望与现实有差距、职业暴露的自我防护意识薄弱、培训方式的多样性可提高实习效果等4个主题。结论护生临床实践学习中存在多种压力,也有多种看法,需要护理管理者及教育者加强护生沟通能力培养,开展职业角色现实形象与理想目标的符合教育,加强职业防护教育及管理,重视多模式带教方法的临床应用,以提高护生临床实习效果。 Objective To study the real cognition and experience of clinical practice and learning for nursing students and provide reference for clinical teaching management.Method 10 undergraduate nursing students receive in-depth interview by phenomenological research method of qualitative research.Arrange and analyze the original data by Colaizzi's seven-step method and extract the topic.Result Four themes of communication pressure,distance between expectation and reality of role,low self-protection awareness on occupational exposure and variety of training can improve practice effect,are concluded.Conclusion Nursing students have many kinds of pressure and opinions in clinical practice and learning,which needs attention from nursing managers on communication ability,accordance education on ideal and real professional role,education and management on occupational protection and variety of teaching method to improve clinical practice effect.
