摘要
护理临床实习是实践教学的重要环节,是护理学生从理论到实践的过渡,是对理论学习的一次检验与升华,直接影响护理学生以后能否尽快地独立开展工作。然而,护理专业学生从课堂过渡到实习中暴露出各种问题,需要临床带教老师从实际出发,主要针对护理学生实践护理技能水平薄弱、主观能动性相对不高等问题进行有效指导,融合“高质量发展”理念贯穿其中。有高质量的教授,才会有优异的成绩,在良好传承与创新中求胜,实现教学共赢。
Nursing clinical practice is an important part of practical teaching.For nursing students,it is the transition from theory to practice.It is a test and distillation of theoretical study that directly influence nursing students whether to work independently as soon as possible in the future.However,from the classroom to clinical practice,various problems were revealed.So clinical teachers should start from reality to provide effective guidance mainly for nursing students’weak practical nursing skills and some questions of low subjective initiative,and integrate the concept of“high-quality development”that is penetrated into guidance.Only with high-quality teaching can we achieve excellent results,win in good inheritance and innovation,and achieve teaching-learning win-win.
