摘要
地方高师院校为地方输送着高素质专业化的教师队伍。区县学校教师的职后专业能力及师德修养等,也应随着时代的变革发展而与时俱进。高师院校丰富的理论资源应与区县教师的教学实践资源相互协同发展,寻求合作发展机制,互惠互利,促进本地区教育发展。
The regional normal universities have been training a number of teachers qualified for local education;with the development and reforming of the society,the teachers’professional competence and ethics should be improved meanwhile;The good way is that the rich theoretical resource from the normal universities and the plentiful practical teaching experience from local schools is shared together,seeking for cooperating strategies and forming the development mechanisms,which can achieve mutual benefits,accordingly,to improve the region education.
