摘要
为了在创新实践教学中唤醒学生的自主创新意识、创新思维和创新潜能,更加充分地调动学生认识与实践的主观能动性,本文以通识课程、大类专业基础课程和专业课程为基础,依托不断丰富完善的硬件平台、创新项目、教师指导团队和学生专业社团,提出了"自我唤醒、自我认知、自主学习、自主实践、自主创新"的创新人才培养理念,建立了学生自主发展导向的创新人才培养实践教学体系,构建了"统一规划、自主选题、分级指导、协同创新、多元评价"的创新实践教学模式,建立了分层次的创新实践资源,形成了学科互补、师生协同、动态优化的创新实践指导团队运行机制。通过实践检验,取得了显著的人才培养效果。
In order to awaken students' independent innovation consciousness,innovative thinking and innovation potential in the teaching of innovative practice,more fully mobilize the subjective initiative of students in understand and practice. Based on general courses,major professional courses and professional courses,relying on constantly enrich the perfect hardware platform,innovation projects,teacher guidance team and student professional community,the idea of "self-awakening,self-cognition,autonomous learning,independent practice,independent innovation" is proposed,the innovative talents training practical teaching system of student independent development orientation is established,the innovative practice teaching mode of "unified planning,independent selection,grading guidance,collaborative innovation,multiple evaluation" is constructed,a hierarchical innovation and practical resources is established,the innovative practice to guide the team running mechanism of complementary disciplines,teacher and student collaboration,dynamic optimization is formed. Through the practice test,the remarkable talent training effect has made.
