摘要
面向"学生自由发展"的IT类人才教育理念"以教师引导为前提、以自由发展为核心、以科技创新为特色、以能力提高为目的",改变了传统的"模板化"和"填鸭式"培养模式和教学方法,强调"程序设计、系统开发、工程应用和科技创新"4种能力培养;借助教学模式改革,并通过营造浓厚的科技创新氛围,学生自主学习能力和创新能力不断提高。以该理念为核心,学院凝练并形成了一套可借鉴、可复制的实施方案。实践证明,创立的"广参与、多层次"和"三自三结合"的科技创新实践模式,构建了适合学生个性化、最大化发展的空间,为高素质创新型人才培养提供有力支撑,有力推动了学生整体创新能力的提升。
"Guiding Students to Develop Freely " education philosophy treats teacher-guidance as precondition,development-freely as core,technology-innovation as characteristics,and ability-enhancement as objective. It changes traditional template and cramming talent training mode and emphasizing "program design, system development,engineering application, and technology innovation " four kinds of abilities training; with help of teaching mode reformation,we created a strong atmosphere of technology innovation; students' autonomous learning and innovation ability have been improved constantly. Based on this philosophy,our college concised a set of implementation plan which can be copied. Practice has proved that "wide participation,multi-level"and "three autonomous three combinations"technology innovation mode create a suitable individual-maximize development space,provide a strong support for cultivation of innovative talents,and promote the overall innovation ability of students.
