摘要
师范教育水平的高低直接影响着国家教育事业的发展。地方高师院校作为教育体系中的重要部分,肩负着职前教师培养的重任和在职教师培训的任务。近20年以来,地方高校历经“专升本”“转型发展”“双一流”建设的变革。在当下社会需要多样、学生诉求多元背景下,地方高师院校应借鉴发达国家师范教育和应用技术人才培养模式,探索兼具师范与非师范及个性化人才培养机制。
The quality of pedagogical education exerts a direct impact on the development of national education.Local normal universities,as an important part of educational systems,play vital roles in training pre-service and in-service teachers.In recent 2 decades,local universities have experienced transitions of upgrading from junior colleges to universities,“transformative development”,and“Double First-Class”construction.In the context of diversified social demands and students’appeals,local normal universities ought to draw lessons from developed countries regarding the talent training modes of teachers and application-oriented technical personnel,and explore the personnel training mechanisms of pedagogical education,non-pedagogical education and personalized talent training mechanism.
