摘要
目的比较不同层次临床医学专业学生的临床技能。方法用客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)方法对同年临床实习出科的临床医学专业不同层次学生(八年制和五年制)进行多项临床技能测试,采用统一标准进行评分。对不同学年制的成绩进行方差分析。结果总体表现和部分单项操作中,八年制和创新班学生的成绩高于五年制学生。结论五年制与八年制学生均能较好掌握临床技能,八年制和创新班学生的临床技能掌握情况略优于五年制学生。
Objective To compare the clinical skills of clinical medicine students at different levels.Methods The multiple clinical skills of eight-year and five-year program medical students taking the examination of clinical practice over the same year were evaluated by a unified score system in the way of the objective structured clinical examination,and then the variances of their scores were analyzed statistically.Results The medical students of the eight-year program and the innovation class were better than five-year program medical students in the scores of overall performance and some single operations.Conclusion The medical students of the five-year and eight-year programs can master the clinical skills and the medical students of the eight-year program and the innovation class are slightly better than the five-year program medical students in the mastery of clinical skills.
