摘要
烹饪专业具有很强的实践性,基于我国高校转型的要求,培养烹饪专业学生的创新能力成为高校学生适应经济新常态,提升就业能力的重要举措。因此本文以烹饪教学中培养学生创新能力的重要意义作为切入点,阐述当前烹饪教育在培养学生创新能力方面存在的问题,最后提出培养烹饪专业学生创新能力的具体策略。
Culinary specialty has strong practicality.Based on the transformation requirements of Chinese universities,cultivate the innovative ability of cuisine majors is an important measure for college students to adapt to the new normal economic situation and enhance their employability.Therefore,based on the importance of cultivating students’innovative ability in cooking teaching,this paper expounds the problems existing in the current cuisine education in cultivating students’innovative ability,and finally puts forward specific strategies for culturing professional students’innovative ability.
